    Telecommunications company Spark New Zealand (SPK) reports a drop in full-year profit, citing border closures; Construction and building materials company Fletcher Building (FBU) beats guidance, turning last year’s loss into a profit this year; Australia’s BHP Group (BHP) and Woodside Petroleum (WPL) in talks to “create the largest energy company listed on the ASX.”

    Also today, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand announced it’s keeping the Official Cash Rate flat at 0.25%.
