The Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management of the School of Public Affairs presents the seminar on recently enacted New York State legislation: the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA), and other legislative initiatives, such as the federal Nonprofit Sector and Community Solutions Act.
