The playground is not for the weak this week, especially when recess is more Lord of the Flies nightmare than break in the school day. Come outside with us. We have all the ice cream you can eat, rim jobs, comfort vaginas, missing shoes, Quasimodo, solitary confinement, beautiful boxes, Lisa Barlow, giant teeth, kings in recliners, Saving Ryan’s Privates, feral kindergarteners, more giant teeth, nacho cheese, construction workers, childhood trauma, and dancing like everyone’s watching.

 Exit ticket: Why is recess important? Well not because it allows children to run feral for hours on end as the cartoon would have us believe.
