This fun and touching episode shares both the life lessons I learned from a classic car that I lovingly call “Peaches” as well as a fun father-daughter dialogue with my daughter Sophie. Peaches entered my life during an adventure in New Zealand, which is also where Sophie has been attending university. I visited Sophie recently in New Zealand in celebration of her graduation and I’ll share some of the fun times we had together in this episode. If you look after your money the way you would an old beloved car, you can live the life you have always imagined.

Our guest today is Brian Albrich. He is a Retirement Mortgage Planner.
Recently, a client of mine hired Brian and his team to implement a reverse mortgage. At first, I was surprised as my clients are financially successful. Why would they want or need to implement such a strategy and at this stage of their life? It was then that I asked Brian to meet with me so I could learn more about today’s modern-day reverse mortgage. Our guest today is Greg Salciccioli. He is the founder and CEO of Coachwell, a professional consulting company providing executive coaching and systems for leaders and their organizations. One of my clients was in the process of selling his successful manufacturing company. A few years ago, he hired Greg and his team at Coachwell. My client’s intention was to procure the professional guidance to prepare his company to get the systems and numbers to a certain level—with the end game being to receive the highest possible price as well as find the “right” buyer to take over his baby.
My client stated: “Greg's ultimate goal is not only to help build a ready-to-sell business that maximizes revenue-- but also to help business owners to enjoy life throughout the process.” It was then-- that I asked Greg to meet with me so I could learn more. I was so impressed with him as a person-- as well as the service he provides that I asked him to be a guest on today’s show.

Coincidence. Destiny. Karma. Luck. Fate. Good fortune. These words all describe the opportunity presented in this episode and it just might be your ticket to ride. In this episode- I’ll explain how you can turn a unnecessary and often expensive life insurance policy into the kind of money that could redefine your golden years. Most people believe they have only three options for their now unwanted and unneeded life insurance policies. They include:
What if there was a fourth option that might benefit you much more? Would you like to learn how you could potentially profit from the sale of your life insurance policy? I feel you should be in the know about a relatively unknown yet powerful option: Life settlements!
Valmark Securities supervises all life settlements like a security transaction and its’ registered representatives act as brokers on the transaction and may receive a fee from the purchaser. Once a policy is transferred, the policy owner has no control over subsequent transfers and may be required to disclosure additional information later. If a continued need for coverage exists, the policy owner should consider the availability, adequacy and cost of the comparable coverage. A life settlement transaction may require an extended period to complete and result in higher costs and fees due to their complexity. Policy owners considering the need for cash should consider other less costly alternatives. A life settlement may affect the insured’s ability to obtain insurance in the future and the seller’s eligibility for certain public assistance programs. When an individual decides to sell their policy, they must provide complete access to their medical history, and other personal information.
Our guest today is Mark Yegge. He has spent his entire life learning and teaching people about wealth and the importance of a wealth mindset. He started investing when he was 12 and made enough to purchase his first car at the age of 16. Years later Mark started and later sold his Wall Street software company-- the company that ushered in afterhours trading. He then “retired” at age 39, but not before growing the company to a $30 million dollar enterprise.
He has traded over $14 billion (with a B) worth of securities and he is on a mission to change the way we invest. In today’s show we’ll discuss the importance of an investor’s mindset, what retirement actually means, the ins and outs of Crypto as well as a different way to accumulate wealth.
