El día de ayer fue el cumpleaños de mi padrastro, además de hacerle un obsequio también le hice una de sus tortas favoritas, que es la torta de pan, y quise hacer un video para que vieran el paso a paso de su fácil preparación.

Porque si es un postre muy fácil de hacer, podemos licuar todos los ingredientes y llevarlos a baño de María en un caramelo.

Los ingredientes que utilicé fueron:

  • 1 pan grande
  • 1 taza de leche
  • 1/2 taza de azúcar
  • 6 huevos
  • 1 cd de vainilla
  • 1 cd de canela en polvo

    • Para el caramelo:

    • 1/2 taza de azúcar
    • 10 gotas de agua (para humedecer un poco el azúcar y evitar la cristalización)
