It is important that we get our rest in and let our bodies recharge and reset.  Nourish your body with healthy, whole foods and your mind with something new each day. When we allow ourselves to fully relax and give ourselves some time to reflect and reset, especially at the end of a week.  Build a routine that works best for you and make healthy decisions.  When we make these changes and actually see the differences, it is hard to go back to not caring so much about your health.
