I’m sure we’ve all been there, that feeling of stress and anxiety about upcoming tests, presentations, or assignment deadlines. These feelings can then feel more intense and overwhelming with the amount of work load we have. We all have our own ways to deal with these feelings, some healthy and some not so. In this episode, our hosts discuss what assessment stress and anxiety can feel like, why we have these feelings during this time and how they can be useful to us.
