Howdy, y'all! This is the start of a new format, new series, and new Reckless Courage! Our first book study is over Galatians, an Epistle (letter) written from Paul to the Church in Galatia. This episode goes over the general context of the book of Galatians and its connection to the book of Acts. We cover the Author, the chronological, geological, and historical context of Galatians, and go over the book's outline and overarching message. We read Acts 9, reviewing Paul's conversion on the road to Damascus, providing context for Galatians 1 when he claims his message is not from man but from Christ Himself. In the next episode we cover Acts 10, Simon-Peter's vision from God and meeting with Cornelius the centurion for the context before Galatians, and Acts 15, the council of Jerusalem, for the context post-Galatians. Thank y'all for listening and I hope and pray you have a blessed day! Now go out and live a recklessly courageous life for Christ!
