My prayer for you is that you stop running from the things that lit you up. What if on the other side of that all-lit-up, heart-pounding, nervous-system-on-fire feeling is ALL of your power?

My prayer for you is that today you walk away with a deeper trust in your own unfolding, and the knowing that fear doesn’t mean you’re off path. It simply means something sacred is asking to be lived through you.

Faith & fear. We talk about them like they’re opposites. Like the goal is to get so rooted in faith that fear just… dissolves. Like the truly awakened ones don’t feel it anymore.

I don’t believe that. I haven’t lived that. I really don’t think that story is serving any of us.

In this episode I’m sitting with what fear actually is, what faith actually is, & why the invitation is not to choose one over the other, but to let faith be the one holding the map.

A practice from this episode:

Find two minutes to yourself. Take a few deep belly breaths. Try box breathing: in for 4, hold for 4, release for 6, hold for 4. Repeat 2 to 4 times. Then bend forward, letting your head & hands hang toward the floor, knees slightly bent. Sway gently side to side & let your fears know you are safe. As you slowly stand back up, thank your fears for trying to protect you.

And if that feels like too much, try a walk, gentle bouncing, dancing, singing, humming, sighing. The best medicine at your disposal, 24/7.

My prayer for you is that you learn to stop fighting the parts of yourself you were taught to distrust. That you find your way — slowly & tenderly — back to wholeness. Not the wholeness that looks polished & certain from the outside, but the real kind. The kind that has room for all of you.

Ep. 35 - In this episode, I open up about my relationship with astrology, how I found it when I was 13 years old during a huge life shakeup, why I fell so deeply in love with it, how it became my full-time work, why I eventually walked away, & why I am now feeling called to return to it from a very different place inside of myself.

I share what I believe astrology actually is: not a belief system, not a fixed identity, & not a tool that was ever meant to box us in or flatten the depth of who we are. To me, astrology is an archetypal language. It is a symbolic language that can meet us at whatever level of consciousness we bring to it.

I also speak honestly about what turned me off from astrology for a season, especially the ways I saw it being used through meme culture & pop culture astrology as a reductive, dismissive, or victimizing framework. I share why that felt so disheartening to me, what I had to wrestle with in myself, & what has helped me come back into relationship with astrology now with more humility, reverence, trust, & respect for the mystery.

This episode is really about symbolism, consciousness, free will, archetypes, mystery, & what it means to engage something sacred without reducing it.
