Are you giving yourself enough credit? Often times we tend to beat up ourselves.  I did a poll and most the votes were "No" and I was on the fence myself.  I had to time to myself “Do I give myself enough credit”? We are so caught up on the How and the When. Think about where you were a year or two from now and what you have achieved. The things you desire and dreamed of years ago did you accomplish them? If so give yourself credit for accomplishing those goals.  We evolve and as we continue to grow the things we want in life changes and it's ok to want more.

In this episode I talk briefly about self-esteem and my own experiences I encountered with having low self-esteem.  It's important we encourage our children when they are little in order for them to believe in themselves and to have confidence.  In this episode I discuss how I myself struggle with low self-esteem from when I was in elementary all the way until I was an adult.  Some people are still struggling with low self-esteem to this day.  We are letting what others think affect us personally and we shouldn't.  Start believing in yourself and if you have to say affirmations then you should do it.  Be encourage! Pastor Yashica Haynes-Blue quote "When I learned to give from my overflow; that's when I said to myself, "Girl, you're good now"." She explains she had to take care of herself to make sure she is in a good place and is healthy before she can help others.  She had to ask God to refill her to be able to help people "You help people and you give from your over-flow" you can't give from an empty cup.

In this episode I talk about “The Mindset” and the role it plays in our lives. We have to be strong when it comes to our mindset and I say strong because we need to know we can accomplish whatever we set our MINDSET to be. Don’t let negative seep in and stay or try to talk you out of whatever it is you want to do in life. Make goals and attack those goals one by one. Whatever it is you want to do JUST DO IT don’t wait or make excuses because it will only set you back.
