  • Episode. 11 Your Plans vs. God Plans

In today's episode I talk about the plans I had for my life but God plans always outweighed the plans I thought I had for myself.  We tend to have plans in place but sometimes our plans never happen the way we intend it to be because God have something bigger for us.

  • Don't Let Being Broken Define You

In today's episode I talk about being "Broken" and don't let it define you. You may been through a trauma in your life but don't let it consume you and make you think less of yourself.  You are a survivor and remember that every time you think about it.  If you need help don't be afraid to reach out for help people are here to help you.

  • Being a Single Mother

In this episode I talk about being a single mother and doing everything on my own.  My definition may be different from yours which is fine but being a single mother with an absent parent is hard. It's important we make time for ourselves and try to schedule our time and break it down in blocks not to burn ourselves out.

  • Episode 6. "Are you GIVING yourself enough credit?"

Are you giving yourself enough credit? Often times we tend to beat up ourselves.  I did a poll and most the votes were "No" and I was on the fence myself.  I had to time to myself “Do I give myself enough credit”? We are so caught up on the How and the When. Think about where you were a year or two from now and what you have achieved. The things you desire and dreamed of years ago did you accomplish them? If so give yourself credit for accomplishing those goals.  We evolve and as we continue to grow the things we want in life changes and it's ok to want more.

  • Episode 5. "Self-Esteem"

In this episode I talk briefly about self-esteem and my own experiences I encountered with having low self-esteem.  It's important we encourage our children when they are little in order for them to believe in themselves and to have confidence.  In this episode I discuss how I myself struggle with low self-esteem from when I was in elementary all the way until I was an adult.  Some people are still struggling with low self-esteem to this day.  We are letting what others think affect us personally and we shouldn't.  Start believing in yourself and if you have to say affirmations then you should do it.  Be encourage!
