Designed to recognise and honour emergency services personnel who reflect the Rotary motto of Service Above Self, RESCA also funds  a Research Scholarship into PTSD in emergency services workers and supports a Vocational Training Team to assist an Asia Pacific country with their own disaster preparedness.
