Recognition - Employee Engagement Part 2 

Employee Recognition in short is the acknowledgment that an employee is exhibiting the company values.  Recognition does not have to include a monetary component - but oftentimes they do. 

Social Recognition elevates the programs to a new level because it highlights our experiences at work on a very human level.   

A work culture that is positive and recognizes frequently will always outperform one that does not recognize.
