🕯️What you need for today's RECOLLECTION RITUAL:
- Your Journals, planners, anything else that you used to keep track of your life (your day-to-day experiences, goals, projects, etc.) over the past year.
- Pen and Paper- for today's reflection prompt.
- Sacred Space- where you won't be disturbed. (optionally, you can have a candle, incense, anything that helps you enter into that sacred space)
- Get grounded- with a few minutes of meditation or a few deep breaths (when I'm really scattered I love a hot shower to cleanse my energy and ground).
