Blocks are areas of our life where we are blocked from living openly and freely. These are the boundaries of our lives, our off-limit areas, that usually have intense emotional responses tied to them.
We all have them, yet they are different for each of us. But, whatever they're about, they feel vulnerable and uncomfortable - you'll know them.
So, let's talk blocks - how to process them, let them go & do some re-wiring.

- When does this block get triggered for me? Why?
- What feelings does it bring up inside of my body? Where?
- Does it bring to mind any memories?
- Where do I think this came from?
- Am I ready to let it go?
- What do I think is true instead?
