Meditation is a great way to reconnect with your soul. So, every fifth episode I’m going to switch between meditation episodes and journaling episodes. For the first one I decided to start with a meditation episode because meditation can be a great way to just free your mind of all the worries and reconnect with yourself. For this episode we take some time to just close our eyes and clear our heads. I just started with a short few minutes’ meditation to give you a little practice of what it’s like, in the future the more we do the longer the meditation will become. But I want to start doing these and journaling as a daily practice for anyone who’s struggling with their own mental health because it has helped me some much with reconnecting back to myself and helps clear my mind when I’m going through a tough season of life.
