But Kate, and her project partner in crime, Melissa, have created the #SingleMotherHood membership program to support women in the single journey.

Kate is a mom of two absolutely hilarious and adorable boys and is candid about her journey through separation, surviving an alcoholic partner and the realities of single motherhood.
