In this episode the group finds themselves face to face in a meeting with Magistrate Heklum Demur. How will he react to his daughters ill fate? Will he welcome the strangers and their help, or will he shun them for lack with lack of trust? Afterwards the group finds themselves in another conversation with a mysterious "man". Lastly Badius tries to convince the group of a larger issue. It seems there is more to this ever growing mystery then meets the eye....
