This episode starts our efforts to start a dialogue about sexual harassment. This is a topic that has been in the press involving people in the public eye, this publicity has enabled everyone to start the dialogue of their own experiences and how things need to change. While trying to tackle this subject I quickly realized that this would need to be an on going topic of conversation involving different professionals that can help with understanding the different facets of this topic.
