Lots of useful info.
To start I was given this by the author. I found this book to be very helpful as I really knew nothing about the subject but had been interested. Lots of useful information about getting started. The narrator was easy to understand and well paced. Would recommend to get started.

Quick and Very Useful
A very fast and yet thorough walk through all the aspects. Nicely done. Thanks for the introduction.
Great primer
The only thing that kind of bothered me was that he plugged his services on several occasions. If this were a free book, I'd understand but one mention is plenty.
