Having the ability to choose, alone, is not enough to enjoy the blessings of agency. To unlock the true power of our ability to choose, we must make committed decisions.

The act of intentionally making a committed decision to do or not to do something is one of the most underrated habits, that if we take the time and effort to develop, it will unlock a life of more freedom, more joy, more fulfillment, and a feeling of empowerment.

When we don't make decisions, we allow individuals and circumstances outside of ourselves to make those decisions for us.
