Melainie Rogers MS, RDN, CDN, CEDRD is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and Founder of BALANCE eating disorder treatment center™ which offers outpatient programs treating the spectrum of eating disorders, in the heart of New York City. She has worked extensively in obesity research at Columbia’s Obesity Research Center, NYC and developed the nutrition component of the Beth Israel Medical Center weight loss surgery program. 

Melainie also co-founded and was first President of the iaedpNY Chapter a non-profit organization that provides education for professionals who work in the eating disorder field.

Melainie is a frequent speaker, nationally and internationally, including her native Australia. She has contributed to several publications and has appeared on the Today ShowThe Early ShowThe Big Idea with Donny DeutschMSNBC and Channel 11 Evening News as a nutrition expert.
