Healing from ourselves is a process, a series of steps we take no matter how we go about it. We heal in layers, peeling back the most obviously detrimental to our well being first, and subsequently finding the next and then the next as we continually lay ourselves bare on the ground only to pick up again what works, and what helps to move forward.

In this episode we talk about this many tiered journey from our 2 perspectives. What worked for us, what steps did we take, what did and does that yield, and where we go from here.
