Hello Recover-minos!
I have a treat for you today - a special bonus episode to share from the newly launched Good Girls Don't Podcast that I co-host with Self Love Advocate Verity Mansfield.
If you're ready to start exploring your sexuality and experience a full-body orgasm post-trauma, you won't want to miss this episode! Here's the downlow:
We got down and dirty with the delicious Amy Towle from Temple of She. What is Yoni Massage? Is it any different from men getting a ‘happy ending’ How do we talk to our partners about owning our own vaginas? What trauma does the female body endure around sex and sexuality and how is it released?
It’s taboo.
It’s controversial.
It’s Amy’s life work.
Amy breaks the good girl rules by challenging us to know every aspect of our bodies, and how to reconnect with the powerful sexual energy that can transform our lives, our businesses, and our relationships.
Who is Amy Towle, Anyway?
Amy Towle is fierce. I’ve had the honor of meeting and working with Amy in a slightly different area, and she truly is the embodiment of Mother Earth and more. If Mother Earth met the Goddess Venus, we’d be getting even closer!
Amy Towle is dedicated to working with Willing Women who want to open Pandora’s box and delve into exploring all of who they are and clearing out all the shit so they can embrace their sexuality, sensuality and live their most vulnerable self.
She’s an Intuitive Goddess, Yoni Masseuse, Mentor, and Midwife.

Have you ever felt like everything was going through one ear and out the other? Like your mind just wasn't "computing" what was happening around you?
Well, Recover-mino, you are not alone.
In this episode, we're getting to know our Crown Voice intimately, and why we often struggle to set goals, meet KPI's, or learn and process information and how we can begin to undo this pattern and re-wire ourselves.

Welcome Back to Recovery, Gorgeous!
The podcast for Survivors of Violence in Australia.
Today, I've got a brave soul with me ready to share her story of Coercive Control as part of our #1000storiesforchange campaign.
Linda shares how she met her first partner and was engaged at age 18 and married not long after with two young kids - and how a serious car accident that could have been fatal, woke her to the reality of her deep unhappiness.
Linda shares her experiences of leaving multiple times, how she was further isolated after leaving by moving interstate where she had no community, family or friends to be connected with, and when the final she left, the police patrolled her neighborhood to ensure her safe leaving and living in a Women's Refuge. She also bravely shares the countless texts and phone calls she received from her then partner and the process she went through to obtain a No Contact Order through the court system.
Yes - what Linda experienced was horrible and painful. But you'll also hear the hope she has, the strength that radiates out of her, and her words of wisdom on the recovery and healing process.

Friends and Feminists,
We take a break from normal programming today to honor the life and work of one of our own who died on Tuesday, December 5th 2018.
Today's episode features an interview with global change maker, Louisa Tew whom Ashleigh interviewed for our sister podcast The Virtually Awesome Podcast earlier this year.
Louisa was changing the world and supporting families across nations and oceans to lift themselves out of poverty and change the prospects of entire communities.
This interview honors her life, and Ashleigh asks that you take a moment to really drink in what and how this incredible soul was pioneering social change.
We'll be back soon when grieving permits.
