Tara Moreno-Wallen is a woman in long-term recovery who has worked with people struggling with addiction, codependency, and trauma. She is the founding director of Serenity House Communities and co-owner of Green Tara Holistics. Moreno-Wallen has also trained over 100 people in Usui Reiki and developed a whole-person approach to healing called Recovery Reiki, which includes energy medicine, inner child healing, meditation, gut health, and crystal healing.
