The murder of George Floyd has illustrated how critical recruiting the right people into your organization is. The vast majority of employees, volunteers or vendors who demonstrate unacceptable behaviors have red flags that often times can be connected before we select them. Rarely do the organizations create problem employees, volunteers or vendors.
