Well, we have a first. A Chinwag with a Talent professional who didn't "fall into" Recruitment!

I've known Aden for a number of years through the Melbourne Industry, and I simply LOVED catching up today for a Recruitment Chinwag.

Aden intentionally moved in HR. In fact, he studied HR at University, Majoring in Employee Retention for his Honours degree! See, it does happen!
