Denise is a true "Sourcing Specialist" and we reflect on the role of a Sourcing Specialist a decade ago, to what it has become today. The importance of having a Sourcing function in your Talent strategy with a firm seat at the table. A Sourcing specialist is no longer simply a resourcer - it is an integral part of not only your recruitment function, but also as a front-end EVP and marketing strategist.
