WE'RE BACK! Season 2 is alive and brilliant!

For the new season kick off, I am joined for a Recruitment Chinwag by the delightful Laurie Glen from Northbridge Recruitment! 
Laurie is 5 years into his Recruitment career, and thriving! 

Growing up in QLD, we talk about his childhood, and his passion for fish! In fact, his childhood was rather entrepreneurial- breeding and selling fish for profit (that early commercial mindset has certainly came in handy for his Agency Recruitment career) 

We talk about his studies - a Recruiter who intentionally went to University to become a HR professional (see listeners, it does happen!) and how he has now found his niche in Recruitment.

We have a great discussion about the Recruitment Industry, and how Recruiters are perceived in the broader HR landscape. We talk about the power of embracing your strengths and being your true authentic self. 
We also dive into my favourite topic - Workplace Flexibility!
