I loved catching up with Marney today. We cover a lot of ground, from growing up in Regional N.S.W, to moving to "the big smoke" (there is a pun here, but you'll need to listen to find out what it is) and studying HR in University.

We walk through Marney's career, spanning Agency and Internal Recruitment, and how she has gone full circle returning to the Agency, world specialising in General Insurance. Quite a few geek-out moments talking about career pathways and how cool the Insurance Industry is. 
Marney gives such amazing advice to anyone who is working in Recruitment, or perhaps considering a career in Recruitment.
