We talk through Melisah's life journey - from growing up in Toowoomba to studying Business and HR at Uni in Brisbane. We discuss her passion for Recruitment and HR and how she entered the Industry as a casual HR Coordinator with Michael Hill, and all the fabulous experience she has gained between her first role and her current position as a Human Resources Manager in the Hospitality sector.

We are both incredibly passionate about non-linear career pathways (the squigglier the better!) and how to bring your authentic self to your position and workplace everyday.
