Today I had the pleasure of having a Recruitment Chinwag with Miriam Harniess from CXC Global.
From Germany, to Hong Kong, to London to Melbourne, (what a journey!) we get to hear all about Miriam and her fabulous career in the Recruitment Industry.
Miriam commenced her Recruitment Career in Student Recruitment, based in London, and then moved to Australia, finding her feet in an RPO role with RMIT University.
Miriam has now landed her dream gig with CXC Global and lives and breathes the company values "We Are Family"
Her advice for our listeners? "Find your tribe"
