Today I had the pleasure of having a Chinwag with one of Australia's best recruiters, and kindest human beings, Rade Manojlovic.
We talk about Rade's journey from Serbia to Australia as an Immigrant, his first role as a night-shift shelf stacker in Coles Supermarkets, to becoming a successful recruitment consultant.
We have a great Chinwag about the culture within Recruitment agencies - the changes that have happened over his career and the importance of strong ethics, persistence, and surrounding yourself with the right people.
