Do you personally know the warning signs of someone who is thinking about suicide?  Can you name them or describe them?  If not, you are not alone.  But with suicide rates escalating to an all time high, it's time we learn more about it.

In today's episode, listen in as we go over some of the obvious sign as well as the not so obvious signs of suicide.  Many people who are struggling with this, will often speak in code, so as to avoid the fear of being rejected if they do start to talk openly about it.  We will discuss the main categories that these codes fall into.
