Looking to Psalm 23, pastors Dawn and Luke continued our series "What is God like?" and considered how God is generous. Despite the way culture causes us to often think we have earn God's favor, what we see in Scripture is that God is generous with his grace, mercy, and love.

Looking to Psalm 100, pastor Luke spoke on the goodness of God and how the psalmist places the foundation of God's goodness on his unfailing love and faithfulness.

Introducing our new sermon series, What is God like?, pastor Dawn shared how the events and narratives that shape us can sometimes cause us to have incorrect views about who God is.

Our final sermon in our Living in Community series looked at 2 Peter 1:1-8 and considered how Community is both safe and grace-filled while also being risky and dangerous!

In pastor Wes' first sermon, we learned a little bit about him and his background and then were challenged to be a community that is grounded in hope and love.

In Acts 6, the early church was confronted with the challenge of dealing with the needs of a growing church and meeting the needs of individuals. In this sermon, pastor Luke explained how this tension is normal for growing churches and that applying what we learn from Acts 6 means we can continue to grow as a church and also see the needs of individuals met.

Beginning the sermon series, Living in Community, pastor Luke provided a description for what community is, why it is important, and, based on Hebrews 10:23-25, explained what should be taking place in community.

Preaching from Matt. 13:1-23, pastor Luke taught on why Jesus used parables (stories) and how this story focused on the Sower, the Seed, and the Soil. This passage challenges us to consider what type of "soil" our heart is but also challenges us to think about what type of farmer Jesus is!

Jesus, as he prepared his disciples for his crucifixion, told them to love each other as he loved. In this sermon, pastor Luke explored what it means to love and how Jesus demonstrated love during his ministry.

What kind of a community is the Vineyard? In this podcast, from our 11am service, we considered what it means to be a "center set" movement / church and how this plays out in our understanding of discipleship and community.
