Leicester kill Liverpool's title aspirations again, City sit 10 points clear at the top, and Arsenal wrestled with Leeds over a 6 point game for 10th position.  Chelsea win 4 on the bounce to put them back in the Top 4.

City are top and aren't looking back. Will Klopp be able to right the ship at Leicester City this weekend before the UCL? Chelsea are flying high, but is it just the new manager bounce? Tottenham have an interesting stretch of games coming up, what will they prioritize? And Arsenal need to get things going in the right direction after two straight losses.

Leicester and United take a hit to their title challenges while City keep pumping. Liverpool finally scored goals and have won two on the trot. Spurs’ form has gone south, losing their last two games. More worryingly for Spurs may be their impending visit from Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea, will Tuchel make it two in a row for the Blues? Chelsea’s - maybe more specifically Frank Lampard’s - outlook is dire. Aston Villa is looking like they may play a premier league game here soon. Relegation teams are picking up points. Sheffield got their first win of the season, picking up all three points against Newcastle. Fulham picked up a draw away to Tottenham, after only 48 hours for each team to prepare. Manchester United went top with a win away to Burnley in the game that had yet to be played. There is a top of the table clash coming up this weekend, will Liverpool be able to keep pace, or will United put some daylight between the two clubs? And Arsenal failed to make it four wins in four today, drawing at home to Newcastle.

The festive period in the Premier league is over and the table is as tight as it's been in years; Ten points separate first and twelfth. Liverpool sit top but both Manchester teams can overtake Liverpool with their games in hand. Chelsea’s torrid run of form continues as pressure mounts on Super Frank, will he be given the time to steady the ship. Spurs seem to have steadied their ship and are back to winning ways. And Arsenal, seemingly dead a week ago, took full points from their last three fixtures and are back in the thick of the race for European places.
