There is a new kosher Chinese restaurant in Côte Saint-Luc, located at Decarie Square. It is called Red Chopstix. I spoke to the owners, William Dahan and Heidi Chenoy, as well as longtime Mall tenant Warren Perley of Ponctuation Grafix who was very pleased with his first dining experience there.
