Have you ever lost a loved one whether they were old or young? It is one of the most devastating and difficult times in anyone’s life. The holidays are generally a joyful time.  People expect to party; families hope to have fun.  For many people, it’s like a month-long celebration, hopping from one social event to the next. To others, it’s a time of longing for people they’ve lost.

The grieving process is different for each person, however the underlinig thing we must all remember is that we can still live a Victorious Life!

Did you know that as believers, that warfare is apart of the terrority? For us to have the victory that we desire in our lives, we must know WHOM we are fighting against. To know your enemy you have to take the time to study him to learn his tactics and devices that he will use to try to defeat you! We already have the victory! We are not fighting to get a victory, we are fighting from a place of victory, because Jesus already won!

The victorious life is a life of victory over SIN, SELF and SATAN; a life of freedom from the power of sin as well as freedom from the penalty of sin; a life that is not only “reconciled to God by the death of His Son”, but a life that is also “saved through His life” (Romans 5: 10). Victory is no gain through human effort, it is a gift from God.

Having a Victorious Life is simply a life fully surrendered to God, with Christ dwelling within and in complete control! No matter what trial or circumstance may arise, VICTORY is possible through Jesus Christ. Have you embraced such a life? Do you live in victory and triumph? Pride was the orgin of sin when Lucifer was in Heaven and he wanted to be like God! There is a major difference between being proud of someone else and having pride in yourself. Sinful pride locks us into prisons when you attempt to the God in lives. When we want to take complete control! When we take the glory from God, we begin to walk in the Spirit of Pride! Do not allow pride to be your downfall!

Guilt and shame are some of the most diffcult emotions that we deal with. Overcoming guilt and shame can be hard to overcome, yet it is possible with the help of God. We must remember that Jesus died on the cross for everything we have done in the past and even those things we have not yet done. When we accept Jesus sacrifice on our behalf, it is the key that frees us from guilt and shame.

According to research, guilt and shame affect more Americans when a person may realize. 38% of Americans deal with shame of the past and 31% deal with the guilt of the past.

Freedom is here for you, just accept it. God has already forgiven, now forgive yourself and be free!

We all have dealt with anger at some point in life. When we experience frequent and prolonged anger, this a major problem that must be handled as soon as possible. Studies show that prolonged anger can cause stress hormones to be released in your body when you are experiencing this emotion. The side effect of this is that anger weakens the immune system.
