From incorrectly convicted cases such as Stephen Downing, to cases that have been overturned or otherwise not provided with sufficient justice such as Brock Turner and Bill Cosby, there is an unimaginable amount of situations that have been given unfair sentences. When will the system be looked at with a priority to change the imbalance and unfortunate circumstances that still occur to this day?
