Could it be true? Are we really all manipulators?

We say we are fine when we are not in an effort to manage the feelings of others.

We say “yes” when we really mean “no” as a way to avoid conflict.

Sometimes, we just don’t say anything at all simply to keep the peace.

It’s a normal response from our brain to keep us safe but at what point does it become avoidance? At what point is it not longer safety but rather the inability to express one’s authenticity?

Do we LOSE OURSELVES in an effort to manage the emotions of others?

But why?
