Hour 3 - Various reports came out today that left Red Sox fans less optimistic than they already were. First Red Sox chairman Tom Werner walked back the "full throttle" comments from earlier in the year, and new GM Craig Breslow did little to quell fan's worries as well; It's a Tier Tuesday!
