  • Holly Stephey Talks to Do as One & Founder Rabia Hayek!
Do As One was created by three visionary friends compelled to make the world a happier and healthier place on a grand scale. With that vision at heart, they sought to learn as much as they could about the most basic and life sustaining function of a human’s life, breathing.
They met with gurus, breath practitioners, respiratory therapists, doctors, yoga instructors, healers, shamans, religious leaders, monks and alternative medicine experts to get at the core of what the breath means to the human body, mind and spirit. They even interviewed thousands of diverse people to gauge what the general population knows about breathing in order to help determine what needed to be shared and how best to impart the knowledge.
After synthesizing all the information, the founders set forth a grand goal to have one billion people breathe together by 11/11/12. On 07/07/07 DoAsOne.com was born, forever changing the way you think about breathing.
DoAsOne.com is the online embodiment of the vision, goal, and method of Do As One. People have now come from over 140 countries to breathe on DoAsOne.com. Users have commented that the carefully designed breathing tools have improved their quality of life and enabled them to connect with others around the planet in a unique and exciting way.
“Celebrate the breath and you are celebrating oneness.” – Rabia Hayek

  • Spending Mothers day with Holly Stephey of Red Velvet Media.
Mothers day is always so special to me and there are so many special people in My life I want to Thank :))
My Mum is one and many others to Follow ..
I am lucky to be able to say I am the Mother as well:)))
Come celebrate the life and love we all have to give and maybe some of the Helpers(Angels) will call in !
Mother's Day is especially dedicated to a beautiful creation - mother, because she deserves recognition and appreciation for being a significant part of our lives. It is hard to think about the world without her, because she is the creator; a person who knows only to shower unconditional love on her children and pray for their goodwill until her last breath. She is the one, who always tops the well-wisher's list. Spirituality is closely related to every mother, who prays to God for the good health and wisdom of the people around her. Mother's Day becomes an occasion to reciprocate the love, care and attention that she truly deserves.

  • Earth Day & Good Friday with Holly Stephey and J.P Taylor!
J.P's songs are about the beauty of nature and the importance of protecting and preserving the environment. Rhythmic guitar music combined with lyrics and a wide array of instruments from didgeridoos to flutes focus on protecting endangered animals, habitat preservation and stewardship.
"Since I was a child I’ve been interested in and attracted to nature. And at an early age I became interested in music and began writing songs.
I became a teacher to make a difference in the world. Through my songs I’ve tried to help kids understand how people and the other living things in the world are interdependent – and share my passion for the Earth’s natural environment.
There are so many people all over the world who care about the Earth and are doing things to help our planet, little things and big things. More and more are joining us every day.
I have come to realize that my mission is to support and encourage these "Eco-Crusaders" and help spread the word about all they are doing, and all that still needs to be done, to save our planet.
I believe a song can change the world. A song can open eyes, minds, and hearts. Songs can inspire and encourage. The Earth needs people with passion to help us get back on track. My songs are for these people – looking forward, being positive, and working together."

  • Holly Stephey Talks to Dom Liberati and Music!
Liberati’s sound pays homage to his influences, blending The Police with Jimmy Eat World and Kings of Leon. His confessional songwriting connects with anyone pining for a past love or exploring the journey of self-awareness. Produced collaboratively with such partners as Michael Linney (Toby Mac, Michael W. Smith, Ke$ha), Jon Levy and fellow LA rising stars The Daylights, the collection of songs that comprise The Good Hurt eloquently document life, love and the struggle to make sense of them both.
“I have always sought to use my music as a unifying, positive force,” he explains.
A musician since age 12, Dom Liberati got the break of a lifetime in 2009 when Activision chose to use his song “Love Holds it Down” for their massively successful Guitar Hero franchise. Riding the success, Liberati can be found frequently playing legendary venues on the Sunset Strip, including The House of Blues and Whisky A Go-Go. While the uniqueness of being both bassist and front man can be a challenge, Liberati effortlessly commands attention. His seasoned stage presence is owed to the past decade spent as a touring and session bassist as well as touring alongside bands like Lovedrug and Seabird. Liberati’s band features standout players in their own right - Tony Solis on guitar, whose credits include stints with Don Henley and John Legend, and B.C. Taylor, Liberati’s cousin and a standout session player in his own right, on drums. The combination of talent that makes up this trio results in the kind of memorable live show that can’t help but win over an audience.
The Good Hurt is Dom Liberati’s announcement that he is here to stay, so get ready to listen.
