REDBAND

Today's episode is about the struggles of bettering yourself in a world that questions WHY. "You're not eating that anymore, why? You're not drinking/smoking anymore, why? You're into yoga & meditation now, why?" Elijah & Estevan discuss some of their insecurities and things they've struggled with. "You can have just one french fry, it won't kill you."  People don't often understand that it isn't about the object, it's about the action. You going against what you are trying to change and build for yourself, and the effect it has.

Listen to find how they have overcome this, and things that they have implemented to find their true "why." This has led to a more solidified discipline, leading to true lasting happiness.

So what is your "just one?" What is your french fry?

We made it to double digits with our 10th episode, and what an episode it is!
We're just a couple of Island Boys talking about Astroworld, the second tragedy in the past TWO WEEKS. We ask "what is the right course of action following an event like this?" Is it better to stay silent or speak out? If you speak out, what's the best way to do it? Of course we talk about a master Kardashian plan, and the overwhelming weight on the shoulders of a burned out & anxious generation.

In this day in age, when we can CGI ANYTHING, why are real guns being used on movie sets? WITH LIVE AMMUNITION nonetheless. There is no reason Halyna Hutchins should have tragically died. With so many new details rolling in almost daily, we don't claim to have the full story, and by the time this airs there will most definitely be new details. But the main focus of the conversation is how something like this could even happen today, with all the safety protocols that are supposed to be in place, and all the technology at our disposal.

RIP Halyna Hutchins.
