Naomi returns to Bethlehem with Ruth. She is crippled by grief and bitterness. But her bitterness is replaced by hope based on the work of a kinsman redeemer in the life of Ruth.

Naomi's life is torn apart by the death of her husband and two sons. Ruth decides to leave her Moabite culture and follow Naomi back to Bethlehem. These two widows face seemingly insurmountable odds. Yet, Yahweh, the God of Israel is working behind the scenes for the good of Naomi and Ruth.

How can we cultivate unity in a world of division? Acts 4:32-5:11 tells us how the early church was united in a world of chaos.
