On your website, it reads: "OUR SMARTPHONE IS NOT JUST A TOOL...it is a device we are in relationship with! The sooner we realize this, the quicker we can regain control of our attention and happiness. It is possible to have an untethered life without replacing your smartphone with a dumbphone." So, just to start things off...you're not suggesting that we all get rid of our smartphones, correct?
Can you explain the three steps you recommend to having a healthier relationship with digital devices?
Screen time can interfere with sleep quality and quantity. I know you offer some tiny habit changes to support healthier sleep. Can you share those?
