In this honest and real episode of Whole Mom, we sit down with Rachel Gilbertson a multi-passionate Mom, Wellbeing Coach, Author, and Artist whose work inspires transformation through the magic of intuition.
We’ll explore what it really means to be "enough" as a mother. Together, we unpack the unspoken pressures, the comparison traps, and the deeply personal journey of rewriting our own definitions of success and self-worth in motherhood. Rachel shares her experiences, insights, and the gentle reminders we all need to hear about compassion, acceptance, and joy.
If you've ever questioned if you're doing enough—or if you are enough—this episode is for you.
Excerpt from Rachel's "Aligned Enchantment: 100-Day Self-Reflection Journal" on 'Enough':
Day 41: Enough
You know the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, right?
Well, this is a painting of the Inner Critic and the Three Bears. (Image found in the journal or on Whole Mom IG post.)
It’s a journey from, “what if I’m too much?” or “what if I’m not enough?” to “what if I’m just right?”
Reflection Questions:
What does enough feel like?
How might you thank your inner critic for trying to protect you? Then invite it to rest.
Repeat Stewart Smalley’s affirmation: “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and dog-gone-it, people like me!” What came up as you said that?
