According to the Times of India, there is a possibility that gig work could overtake full-time employment. But due to the lack of job security and employment protections, many countries are calling for regulatory reform to ensure fair treatment.

So how can companies adjust to this still growing economy? And is hiring gig workers better than full timers in the long run?
