We often do not realize how we block ourselves from being happy.  On the surface, you want to get over your anxiety, but inside, most people don't feel they are worthy of change.

This is one of the biggest blocks to overcoming overwhelming anxiety. I know it hurts but, if you want to stop being needy and emotionally triggered, you need to support yourself and stop being so hard on yourself.

This means realizing that you are not perfect. That you make mistakes. Forgiving yourself for getting emotionally triggered and talking to yourself in a more supportive and loving way.
