You see, what we most often don't understand is that "Pain is the MOTHER of ALL growth."

An article in Bloomberg this morning shows that 70% of the CEO's (if you're an entrepreneur you ARE a CEO), in the USA are NOT fit for the future.

80% of those in China, NOT fit.

51% of those in Singapore, NOT fit.

These are the top 3 but there are also staggering numbers in Germany, France, UK, India and elsewhere...

You have 5 parts to your mind. I don’t have time or space to get into all 5 here today. If you’re serious, you’ll attend Mental Mastery and Power and learn how to utilize all 5 parts.

If you’re not serious, then with all due respect, carry on until you experience enough limitation, frustration and pain.

Two of those 5 parts are your Conscious Mind (CM) and your Unconscious Mind (UCM)...

Look, as we've discussed previously, experts tell us that you're going to have to reinvent yourself AT MINIMUM 5 more times (if you're doing it now), over the balance of your life and career.

Are you paying attention?

This is tough for all of us. Particularly those with what Carol Dwecks' research from Stanford calls a "Fixed Mindset,"

Millennials and Gen Z, you're the ones that have a greater tendency here.

You've been gifted with 7 Cognitive Assets from your creator. These assets are well documented and researched.

One of those assets is "The Will." The Will is the masculine principle in your life.

The fact is that VERY few have any amount of Will. Even those living in a male body.

Most are run by the roller coaster ride of their emotions; and these emotions run their business, their home and their life.

Many around the world ask me, "What's the purpose of my life?"

In the absolute sense the purpose of your life is basically 3 things:

1. To find your purpose and then give yourself to it...

2. To remember who you REALLY are beyond what you have and do...

3. To LIVE versus merely exist.

If you know me, you know I've been schooled in everything from AT&T School of business to all things scientific and spiritual. I believe the Leader of the future MUST have a comprehensive and integrative understanding of how this universe works.

Too many people are EXTREMELY lopsided.

No matter how many millions or billions you have in assets or in the bank.

Never!

That is unless and until YOU are free.

You see, no amount of money will give you something that you AREN'T.

And the FACT, is that the only people who worry more about money than the money poor...

Are the money RICH!

Do you drive or are you driven?

Do you move or are you moved?

Do you act or react?

Do you think or are you being thought?

Are you autonomous or an automaton?

A machine or a man/woman?

Be careful before you answer these questions too quickly. For a knee jerk reaction is not action; and it PROVES that you're the latter in ALL the above questions.

The Leader lives and acts from center; and the further from center you go the more greatly you are bound.
