This episode I talk about how media can induce emotions and how we each can navigate through these obstacles in order to support own emotional desires and direction. I read an article called Emotions and media from Amy Milka and Abaigeal Warfield.

I breakdown how I use manifestation in many ares of my life, some strategies, practice, thoughts and a possible blue print others can adapt and exercise in their own manifestation endeavours. I also talk about recent experiences revolving around manifestation that I've had here in Austria. A few of the topics I cover range from manifestation, relationships, aloneness etc.... This show also gives the listeners a little more information and insight into who I am and how I look at and live my life. enjoy

in this episode I talk with Jessie about her yoga practice and its direction along with how I can start to integrate myself in the yoga scene here in Vienna. We talk about many angles and perspectives along with a plan and advice in regard to my anticipated plunge into the teaching and immersing my self in the yoga culture of Austria and beyond. Jessi talks a bout how her personal practice and teaching has evolved over time and how it all comes together.

Give this one some time...Im kinda all over the place a bit but for some reason it felt good to just talk and to see what comes up. At the end of the pod I seemed to find the thoughts I was looking to hopefully find when I set out on this show today. so that's good! I dip into my life as of today, and then I talk about "Think about it's" (no brainers, kinda) I discuss such actions and events and if we really think about what we are doing and can we train ourselves to act better. blah blah blah. I also read a card my sister gave me before I moved to Europe.

I read and talk about an article from the USA Today and Leigh Finke regarding the over all picture and "free speech" I use examples from my life and studies to demonstrate the power of free speech on children and how Everything consumed in media and society has a underlining effect on each of us whether we like it or not... it's called "normalizing" and "subliminal messaging"

I also read and discuss an article written by Helen Lewis regarding the same subject "Dave Chappelle's Rorschach test". and a quite thought on Superman coming out as Bisexual (Earth Superman) and dean Cains thoughts 

Today I contemplate the value of Experience in life, the need for in person teamwork and debate. Individual Perceptions, selective inputs and how people use theirs's as an excuse to prove themselves correct = ignorance. my reality vs your reality... if we are all one then it's the collective reality? Education and the collateral value and the suppression of the poor. Generational conflicting interest. Energy how we feel it, use it, and how it subconsciously affects our being. How old should you be when choosing what's right or wrong
